I would most likely say Overlord with anti-rammer build.
7 max health, 5 body damage, 7 of all bullet stats (except reload).
4 drone spawners and the use of drones instead of bullets eliminates the need for reload, skilled players can damage boosters at least a bit before it rams into the overlord, killing the booster. Spikes and Smashers will need to be avoided when possible, and Landmines can be avoided by having your drones in front of you when you move.
If possible, avoid Necromancers that have a lot of zombie squares at their disposal. If other Overlords
do that thing where they hold right click then ambush you from all sides, you can just not bother with the enemy drones and go straight for the enemy. Managers are a bit trickier. if drones come at you from off the screen, destroy them. Next, move towards the point where the drones came from, your drones in front of you in case the Manager wants to ram you. If another wave of drones comes at you, immediately stop and kill the drones. repeat this until you see a Manager appear and disappear, one more drone in action. At that point, kill all enemy drones in the area then attack the spot where the enemy manager is. Most bullet spammers will only kill your drones if they get too close and attack you. Back away from tank such as Streamliners who will send an extreme amount of bullets at you. Factories are a bit tricky but it's hard for the Factory to get it's drones to block your drones, so go straight for the Factory. Battleships are easy, just do the same thing you did for Factories because their drones are weak as crud.
A lot of bullet tanks are quite easy. You just have to block the bullets and attack the tank when the bullets aren't going to kill you while you do it.
The destroyer line is a bit tedious, however for bullet destroyers/annihilators, dodge the bullets and do the strat where you ambush them from all sides. The same strategy against boosters should work against ramming big-barrel tanks. Hybrids are tedious, do the thing you did against the bullet big-barrels but be careful of the drones. The AI will control these drones so they won't be much of a problem. Try to avoid Skimmers and do the same thing you did against bullet big-barrels, because the bullet is much easier to dodge this time. Do be careful of the smaller bullets though, because damage from them adds up quickly.
Spraying tank like Sprayer and Machine gun are somewhat easy, just charge your drones straight into the barrel of your enemy. Against spammers of small weak bullets, again, just charge your drones into their face, destroying bullets in your path.
They aren't great against crowds but chances are, you can retreat to your base using drones to cover your escape. It's very rare to see crowds of teaming people in Maze and other Free For All game modes.
Overlord is practically domination in 1V1, and, like all tanks, find it hard to kill dominators and suck against arena closers.
@Funny132 Overlord's anti-rammer build is really slow and will die to any decent class.
Mostly vulnerable to the
0/0/0/7/7/6/6/7 overlord
This overlord counters every other type of overlord by creating a scarcity of drones.
You dont see them that much, because this build is not very effective against all the other tanks you could kill easier with the ussual builds.
I would recommend it in a sandbox game.
@Electro7101 I think I covered how to beat most of the tedious ones. Also, I rarely ever invest in movement speed. Skilled players can defend against the good classes
@Funny123
If you don't have 7 Movement speed you'll die to Factory. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Edit: and Fighter.
And Penta.
And prob Spread Shot too.
Skilled overlords should be able to wreck fighters and or factories.
With the 0/5/7/7/7/0/7 overlord build. Highscores were being accomplished.
Depends a lot on both parties' skill tbh. Both Factory and Fighter can outpace Overlord's reload.
And there's not much you can really do against that besides forcing the enemy to slow down while you reload more drones.
Basically kill them before they can kill you. Or force their retreat before they get to you.
Fighter has the speed advantage and decent DPS. More often than not it will be able to escape you if necessary. All the while it can also weaken your drones and eventually outpace reload.
It does however have lowish Burst Damage, Experienced users will try to kill you between Burst of Drones. But against users that don't know how to deal with them, those moments of strength will usually be enough to kill or force the retreat of less experienced users.
Factory is the opposite, Its Burst Damage is much higher than yours and its reload too. Good users will be very hard to dislodge no matter what. But the hardship of controlling the drones may let you kill or force the retreat of less experienced users.
Overall I don't think Overlord can wreck either of them without outside help. But I think it can survive them for some time. And maybe something else will happen.

High-scores cant really prove your skill argument bc. All 3 classes have pretty high records. And with Overlord being so widely used. (Even more so for witch-hunts) You can pretty much give it for granted the WR holders fought Overlords during their runs.
+ skilled Factories and Fighters are much more uncommon than Overlord users. Simply bc a lot more people use Overlord. (BC it is unbalanced).
In this scenario were talking about the 10% most skilled fighters and factories:
The fighters have two weak spots between the front barrel and the rest of the barrels.
You need to strike very suddenly. Before you do, you have to wait for a good moment. The most important thing is that you keep 8 drones ready all the time. To accomplish this you need to dodge at least half of the front barrel bullets.
Whenever you see, youre not able to, you need to strike in one of those weak corners immediately. The fighter will turn arround. You need to keep trying to reach the fighter, untill you have your full respawn back. (8 drones + 4 drones ready to spawn).
The fighter will turn arround after you get your drones off him, and the fight continues. Try to find that perfect moment to strike in the weak corners. Just the way youd kill a penta: 'when he has too short time to realise he is being killed'
I have to admit that the skilled factory is a bigger problem. Regular factories are easy to handle for a skilled overlord. But that best 10% needs bad luck to be beaten by an overlord.
What I see, is that they mostly keep their drones attached to their body and is shooting your drones away faster than you can respawn them (unless you had 7 reload)
The factory is very dangerous indeed. Only the skilled ones though. Just stay away from them preferably, just like the pentashot.
When it comes to a fight you need to take advantage of your huge amount of health you have in the scenario we are talking about. (Slow but Tough). You can take a lot of bullets before he actually kills you.
Get your drones away from your body and dont mind about the bullets youre taking. From this time you got 3-4 full seconds to kill the factory before he kills you. Try to find the biggest gap in the drones at his body and strike into it as quickly as you can.
I have been thinking about your arguments
And I agree that the odds for a skilled overlord are lower than that of a skilled factory when they are fighting each other in a duel.
Multiply all by 100:
Regen percent: (1+4*stat)/41
Body Percent [of max spike]: (5+dmg)*(69+10*health)/2873
Bullet speed Percent: (38+4.22*spd)/80.22
Bullet strength Percent : (4+3*dmg)*(7+3*pen)/700 [1258 of auto smasher]
Reload: 5/(15-stat)
Move speed: IDK
