Therefore, it is being considered that the Diep.io Wikia request such a video for the Controls page, a page that is high traffic enough that FANDOM should be willing to make a video for it, but not so high traffic (like Tiers) that a bad video would be catastrophic on it. This can be done in several different ways, so there are four questions that we would like the users to answer:

I would actually like everyone to work on it as well, & whoever is selected will definitely run some of it by a few members of the community, but generally FANDOM only want one point of contact for these types of interactions. Perhaps it shouldn't have been “who should write/review the script,” but “who is to be FANDOM’s primary point of contact & receive attribution for the script” instead.
^ Aye I was expecting more Nos. I tried to make it clear, but these videos have previously not been very good in the past; however, none of the YouTubers we reached out to to make videos followed through, so FANDOM is all we have. It’s why I plan to do the Controls page first, so if the video is bad it won’t be the end of the world. This is basically a litmus test. If we like the video, we'll do one more, & if we like that one, we’ll have a third video for Tiers.
No, they are badly placed, are auto play with sound, follow me around obstructing me from editing, take unnecessary mobile data, and from what I have seen, are really bad quality. I've been on the Game of Thrones wiki, and even the admins there havw a problem with tbis
TGP1, do not remove my reply #14. I had enough of your strictnesss. It is not off-topic; this thread involves WAM and my reply involves WAM. I have nothing to say related to the thread itself. 🤬 highlighted threads
To keep this on-topic, should I make the videos for Controls? I make good videos and Captain Hayden suggested me here. This was over 7 and a half months ago however

YouTubers do not make the videos unless FANDOM partners with them & they agree to release the rights to it, & FANDOM doesn’t do that unless they are a popular channel that makes many high quality videos they could use.
Sorry lad, but popularity is sometimes a good measure of the quality of the video, & if you cannot make videos that YouTubers enjoy, then chances are good that no one else would enjoy them either, so we cannot have them on our pages. They need to be good for us & for FANDOM.
At this point the vote indicates that we will indeed move forward with the video request for the Controls page.
I shall be reviewing (not drafting) the script that FANDOM shall make initially, & I will share it with a few members of the community as time allows to get their take as well (Banarama will 100% be one of those people since he also had votes asking that he review the script) in order to ensure that the video does not have any extremely glaring flaws from the get go.
If the result is to our liking, then we may do more, perhaps in a different way (since the Sandbox consensus was that we should have greater control over videos if we do more in the future). If it is not to our liking (we will have a followup vote once the video is done to determine if the community majority likes or dislikes the video), then we will not be asking for any more videos until we have some indication from FANDOM or other sources that videos in general have improved.
The Fallout Petitions regarding Featured Videos (& related Forums) are also relevant.

That is good. The video for Controls will be happening provided that FANDOM is willing to do a video for that page, but you will need your skepticism in order to properly scrutinize the video; we do not want videos unless they are satisfactory to our community, so we must have clear judgment when we make community decisions for Featured Videos in the future. Basically; if it turns out that it is not of a quality we would desire, we must not be shy about saying so.
