Staff positions are soon to become much more…competitive. User-Rights exist to be used, & although Non-Staff can be just as respected community members as Staff, Staff are given their extra tools for a reason. Staff are basically normal users with a mop & bucket, but it makes no sense for them to have these tools if they are not being used. Therefore, from now on Staff positions may only be retained through use; neglect will be cracked down upon much more harshly in the future via demotion, & high-quality service will be rewarded much more readily with easier promotions. Active Staff will find the Staff ladder much easier to climb, while inactive Staff will find that the ground upon which they stand is much less stable than once it was.

New Talk Pages
Hello all, I wanted to share with you a bit of exciting news: the now has both s & ! Thanks to a really helpful lad named Count of Howard, we were able to build a jerry-rigged form of Talk Pages. You will see them soon, likely sometime today, as an additional tab on your profile. Clicking it will bring you to /Talk}}, & that page can serve as your pseudo-Talk-Page.
Now, I know many people don’t much care for Talk Pages, & so I have not switched out Message Walls for Talk Pages, but there are those that appreciate them, & so I have brought you both. This is not only to allow those who prefer Talk Pages to use them, but to prepare ourselves for the day when FANDOM removes our Message Walls for good; Talk Pages are an alternative.

New Announcements
Because the days of Forum are numbered, from now on, if Staff members want to announce something, unless it’s massively important, they will usually do so on the new , which you can follow by clicking |this link}}, if you’re interested. Announcements will start showing up there instead of on the Announcements Board, & eventually the Announcements Board will be closed completely in preparation for when Forums themselves are closed.
